Program Description

Freedom For Life LLC ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") offers a text messaging (SMS/MMS) program to individuals who have opted in, for purposes including but not limited to: account and order updates, appointment and class reminders, educational and training content, and customer support communications ("the Program").

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, enrollment form, or another opt-in method, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Freedom For Life LLC related to the Program described above. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Freedom For Life LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the message "STOP," we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to re-join, you may sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.

We reserve the right to alter, change, or update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Limitation of Liability

Freedom For Life LLC will not be liable for any delays or failures in receipt of any messages, as message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and other factors outside of our control. SMS text messaging services may not be delivered if your wireless device is not in range of a transmission signal.
